  • Understand the 3 versions of you and how to collapse them into one
  • Build the System Stack: Identity → Standards → Systems → Behaviours → Outcomes → Goals.
  • Install the Weekly Odyssey Drill so you can course correct every 7 days VS every new year.

Honestly, I had no expectations because I hadn't really stuck to any program like this for very long but I can tell you the results have exceeded any expectations I could have had.
